Order never arrived sent 2 E-mails no reply either

Quick delivery, well packaged.

Web-site would not accept payment by bank card, despite there being no problem with my actual bank card. Had to complete purchase via PayPal.

Bought 6 pairs of the Lazy Panda boxer shorts, only worn 3 pairs so far, felt really comfortable to wear but 2 of f the 3 pairs have already got holes in and need to be binned after first time of wearing them, very poor quality

Service was great, though it would have helped if trouser length had been mentioned. These XL trousers are really too short for me and I'm less than 6ft tall.

Very disappointef that 3 of the set were damaged. All 3 strangely had buttons missing? Too much hassle to send back and wait for a re-delivery. These were purchased as a birthday present for my husband. He is probably content wearing the one pair all week anyway!!

Socks are just too long 😭

The service was very good , easy to order and prompt delivery . However unfortunately the toe covers are tiny, uncomfortable to wear and do not stay in place . Not a patch on the same products I have bought from you previously.

Service good. Good size on the foot but elastic very tight. Even though I have slim ankles.

By sending out perfect garments - not faulty and by sending out a free gift. I had to email twice to get this put right. Also a telephone contact would be very helpful and desirable. I am still awaiting replacement trousers and My free gift of socks.

Items delivered not as ordered. Items being returned. No packing slip. Made it very difficult to work out what I had.
